PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Marketing Creative Artwork Production Manager creates, executes & produces visual content that connects with our target audience, while supporting overall business strategies, objectives and consumer needs. The role involves managing artwork production, development of the master artwork files and guidelines, maintaining brand consistency, providing creative directions to all internal teams and external partners, managing multiple design projects and applying market insights to enhance the brand’s visual impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for various platforms, including in‑store signage, packaging, seasonal campaigns and loyalty
- Understands and anticipates consumer needs and preferences, translates insights into impactful visual designs
- Maintains and evolves creative brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints
- Coordinates the global production of marketing artworks, ensuring all locations receive the necessary materials to implement Avolta’s marketing plans effectively
- Develops and distributes master artwork files and brand guidelines in a timely manner to support global campaigns and communications
- Serves as the brand guardian for Avolta’s brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing assets
- Oversees all artworking outputs from internal studio and external partners, ensuring all materials align with Avolta’s guidelines
- Provides clear guidance to all marketing teams related to artwork production and brand guidance using Avolta’s online brand platforms
- Manages relationships with creative agencies and internal design teams, including both graphic and motion graphic designers
- Maintains strong relationships with regional/country marketing/creative teams to maximize brand and campaign exposure
- Maintains and refines internal processes for artwork production, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiencies
- Uses market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, applying these insights to the design work
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
- 5+ years designing in‑store marketing materials such as signage, POP displays, window graphics and promotional materials; 10+ years working with artwork and print/print agencies
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external agencies & vendors; ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Excellent artworking skills (layout, creativity & attention to detail)
- Expertise in InDesign (Advanced), Adobe Illustrator (Advanced), Adobe Photoshop (Advanced), Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, MS Office
- Experience managing online design & brand portals
- International background
