We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experiential Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a key role for someone passionate about digital marketing, creative content, and the technical side of digital media management.

As part of our Contentainment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimising the use of digital screens across our UK estate.
  • Building strong relationships with digital partners and providers.
  • Creating engaging marketing videos and digital content.
  • Overseeing the in-store audio and voice-over process, liaising with relevant agencies.

The role combines technical know-how with creative design skills to ensure that our World Duty Free marketing messages and branded content are implemented seamlessly across various platforms. A strong knowledge of Adobe software and a technical background are essential to this role, as well as a keen eye for design and a proactive approach to digital/technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Screen Management: Oversee the operation and content management of the digital screens across the UK estate, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Relationship Management with Digital Partners / Brands: Build and maintain strong relationships with digital content providers and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Creative Content Production: Create high quality marketing videos, animations and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Technical Expertise and Digital Content Optimisation: Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize digital signage and technical screens.
  • In-store Audio and Voice-Over Management: Manage the in-store audio and voice-over process, coordinating with relevant agencies.
  • Internal Scheduling and Documentation: Manage and maintain internal scheduling documents related to digital content placement, digital screen rotations, and campaign timelines.
  • Store Redevelopment and Digital Placement: Work closely with the store development teams to incorporate digital/technical screens into new and redeveloped spaces.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Experience: Solid understanding of digital signage technology and systems.
  • Creative Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to approach challenges from innovative angles.
  • Digital Experience: Previous experience in a digital marketing, digital client services, or related role.
  • Desirable not Essential: Experience in store redevelopment and integrating digital solutions within physical spaces.
