We are working with a growing M&E contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects across London on a long-term basis. This is a key hire for the business and would suit someone confident taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into live works. The role offers real scope to establish yourself within the business and grow into a senior leadership position over time.

The Role

  • Managing projects end-to-end, including:
  • Taking projects from pre-con handover through to completion
  • Working closely with Pre-Construction and CAD teams early in the process
  • Managing technical submittals, RFIs and programme delivery
  • Overseeing variations, value engineering and commercial performance
  • Weekly reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

Projects are London-based, with flexibility required depending on site locations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within M&E or building services
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
  • Confident managing clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive and able to drive projects forward
  • Experience working across both office and site environments
  • Comfortable using digital platforms (Google Workspace experience beneficial)
