Join my clients growing Digital Engineering team and play a vital role in the coordination and delivery of building services models on high-profile southern UK projects.
They are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator with strong experience in RIBA Stages 4 and 5, who’s confident producing and coordinating detailed Revit models—especially incorporating Contractor Design Portion (CDP) elements such as fire alarms, sprinklers, BMS, lighting control systems and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Use Revit to develop and coordinate MEP models for live projects.
- Integrate CDP specialists’ designs into federated models.
- Ensure delivery aligns with companies digital standards and ISO 19650 practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and supply chain partners to support project success.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid Revit experience, ideally 5+ years, delivering projects at Stages 4 & 5.
- Background in MEP coordination or building services design.
- Comfortable working closely with CDP suppliers (BMS, fire alarms, lighting control, etc.).
