We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a live healthcare project based in Bournemouth. The project has approximately 8 months remaining and would suit a freelance Senior QS with the relevant experience. There is also the opportunity for a permanent position, with the role transitioning to our Southampton area office upon project completion.

Requirements:
- Post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proven experience working on healthcare projects and NEC forms of contract
- MEP experience is preferred, although strong generalist Quantity Surveyors with relevant project experience will also be considered
