We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a live healthcare project based in Bournemouth. The project has approximately 8 months remaining and would suit a freelance Senior QS with the relevant experience. There is also the opportunity for a permanent position, with the role transitioning to our Southampton area office upon project completion.

  • Management of variations
  • Subcontract administration
  • Cost forecasting
  • Supporting dispute resolution under NEC contracts

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Proven experience working on healthcare projects and NEC forms of contract
  • MEP experience is preferred, although strong generalist Quantity Surveyors with relevant project experience will also be considered

Contract Type: Freelance or Permanent

Location: Bournemouth (project based), with Southampton office for permanent roles
