Programme Manager\\n\\nLocation: London\\n\\nSector: Infrastructure / Engineering / Construction\\n\\nAn established organisation delivering complex infrastructure and engineering projects is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects.\\n\\nThis is a senior, portfolio-level role focused on governance, coordination and stakeholder management rather than hands-on planning. The Programme Manager will provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, ensuring alignment to programme objectives, reporting frameworks and delivery milestones.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou will be responsible for managing a programme of works made up of multiple projects, providing structure, visibility and assurance to senior stakeholders.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\n * Oversight of multiple projects within a defined programme\\n\\n * Establishing and maintaining programme governance and reporting frameworks\\n\\n * Coordinating project managers and workstream leads\\n\\n * Providing clear, concise programme-level reporting to senior stakeholders\\n\\n * Managing interdependencies, risks and interfaces across projects\\n\\n * Chairing programme meetings and steering groups\\n\\n * Supporting strategic decision-making through data, dashboards and insights\\n\\n * Ensuring consistency in programme controls, reporting and delivery approach\\n\\n * Acting as the primary interface between delivery teams and senior leadership or clients\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nYou will be an experienced Programme Manager with a background in infrastructure, construction or engineering environments, comfortable operating at a strategic and stakeholder-facing level.\\n\\nYou will ideally have:\\n\\n * Proven experience managing programmes or portfolios of projects\\n\\n * Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills\\n\\n * Experience coordinating multiple project managers or delivery teams\\n\\n * Confidence presenting programme status, risks and recommendations\\n\\n * A structured, organised and communicative approach\\n\\n * Experience in client-side, consultancy or senior contractor roles\\n\\n * Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools and programme controls\\n\\n * (hands-on P6 experience is not essential)\\n\\nWhatβs on Offer\\n\\n * A senior programme-level role with real influence\\n\\n * Exposure to complex, multi-project environments\\n\\n * Stakeholder-facing responsibility and strategic input\\n\\n * Competitive salary and package, dependent on experience
