This is a great opportunity to join a technically strong business with a solid project pipeline, a collaborative culture, and a reputation for delivering complex mechanical installations to a high standard.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to final handover, working closely with design teams, site teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include managing programme, cost, quality, and safety, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing design development, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll also attend client meetings, manage variations, and support commissioning and handover processes.

A solid understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, pipework, plant, and associated services is essential. Experience working on projects in the £1m–£10m range (or similar) is preferred, along with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills. Relevant mechanical qualifications and SMSTS are expected, and a professional, organised approach is key.
