Avolon M&E are seeking an experienced Mechanical Multi-Discipline Site Supervisor to support delivery of a live mechanical project in Portsmouth.
The project is a Design & Build mechanical package with a value between Β£750k β Β£1.5m.
Scope of Works
The role will involve supervising and coordinating the installation of mechanical services, including:
- BMS coordination
- Ductwork installations
- AHUs
- MVHR systems
- Air conditioning
- Plumbing
- Chillers
- Smoke dampers
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme, ensuring quality standards are met, and enforcing health & safety on site.
Requirements
Applicants should have proven experience supervising mechanical works on D&B projects, with the ability to manage multiple trades on site. A strong mechanical background is essential. SMSTS required.
