Are you a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager / Construction Manager, wanting to be part of an established, growing and reputable contractor? Join a leading M&E contractor turning over £250m, with a thriving Fit Out Division (£70m turnover). Due to multiple new project wins, we’re seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager / Site Manager to oversee site operations and support our engineering and project management teams.

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Support the Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager in delivering mechanical fit-out projects valued between £7m - £15m.
  • Supervise subcontractors, coordinate labour, and monitor progress against project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and technical specifications.
  • Act as the key site-based lead, problem-solving and driving project efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager / Construction Manager within fit-out projects in the commercial & retail sectors.
  • Previous experience with fit out & design and build projects.
  • Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
  • A proactive individual looking to progress into a Project Manager role.
  • Experience working on high value projects.
