Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager looking to join a leading M&E contractor? Due to a series of new project wins, our Fit-Out Division (£70m turnover) is expanding, creating an opportunity for a skilled professional to take on multiple high-profile projects across commercial and retail sectors.
The Role
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will:
• Oversee multiple fit-out projects valued between £7m – £15m
• Lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Manage all mechanical aspects of projects across Central London (Zones 1-2).
• Drive quality, compliance, and cost control to meet client expectations.
• Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in business growth.
What We\’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing multiple fit-out projects within commercial & retail sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing Project Managers.
• A background in delivering projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of M&E mechanical systems, procurement, and contract management.
