Mechanical Construction Manager Blyth, Northumberland A leading mechanical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland.
This is an exceptional opportunity to become involved at the very beginning of what is expected to be a multi-phase campus development spanning up to 10 years.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for delivering the mechanical services package on the project s temporary/permanent office facility, which will act as the operational hub for the wider campus.
Following completion of the office fit out (approximately 18 weeks), you will transition directly onto Phase One of the main data centre, with further phases already planned.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships on site and helping establish delivery teams from the outset.
