My client is a well-established M&E Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.
They are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to the commercial team in Dartford.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their QS career looking to develop and progress, or for an experienced M&E QS seeking their next challenge.
The Role
As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll be involved in:
- Assisting with or leading the preparation of bills of quantities, pricing schedules, and tender documents
- Cost planning, forecasting, and monitoring project budgets
- Preparing valuations, managing variations, and assessing subcontractor accounts
- Supporting procurement and contract administration
- Liaising with project managers and engineers to ensure financial and commercial alignment throughout project delivery
- Producing commercial reports and records for internal review
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to applications from both junior QS candidates (with a relevant degree, diploma, or industry experience) and established M&E QS professionals. Key qualities include:
