Senior Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare Project (Bournemouth) We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a live healthcare project based in Bournemouth. The project has approximately 8 months remaining and would suit a freelance Senior QS with the relevant experience. There is also the opportunity for a permanent position, with the role transitioning to our Southampton area office upon project completion.Key Responsibilities: Valuations, management of variations, subcontract administration, cost forecasting, and supporting dispute resolution under NEC contracts.Requirements: Post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with proven experience working on healthcare projects and NEC forms of contract. MEP experience is preferred, although strong generalist Quantity Surveyors with relevant project experience will also be considered.Contract Type: Freelance or PermanentLocation: Bournemouth (project based), with Southampton office for permanent rolesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and contribute to the successful delivery of a major healthcare scheme.
