We are working with a growing and well-established M&E contractor delivering commercial refurbishment and office fit-out projects across London. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Project Manager / M&E Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects ranging from £500k to £5m in value. This role would suit someone with a stronger mechanical background who also possesses a solid understanding of electrical services and can confidently manage the full M&E package from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing M&E projects from pre-construction handover through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Attending client, design and progress meetings
- Managing programmes, procurement and project budgets
- Reviewing technical drawings and resolving site issues
