Avolon M&E are looking to appoint experienced Mechanical Construction Managers to support the next phase of a major HS2 infrastructure project.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor delivering nationally significant rail infrastructure works.
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical construction activities on site
- Lead supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Monitor programme, quality and productivity
- Coordinate commissioning and handover activities
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager
- Strong building services background
- Experience managing site teams on large-scale projects
- SMSTS and CSCS
Desirable
- Rail or infrastructure experience
- HS2, Crossrail or Network Rail project experience
- NEC project delivery experience
