Avolon M&E are partnered with a company with a strong heritage delivering high-quality electrical installation, testing, maintenance, design and fit-out services across the South East. Working with a client portfolio across major commercial, education, healthcare and infrastructure sectors, working with blue-chip clients and tier-one main contractors.
The Role
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving our contract delivery excellence. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing multiple electrical contracts from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract delivery on a portfolio of electrical projects across commercial, industrial and fit-out sectors.
- Manage project planning, programme control, forecasting and risk management.
- Build strong client and supply chain relationships, acting as the main point of contact on site.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and resources to meet project milestones.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality and contractual requirements.
- Report to senior leadership on contract performance and commercial outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Contracts Manager with:
- Strong background in electrical contracting or building services project delivery.
- Proven track record managing electrical installation, maintenance or fit-out contracts.
