A growing and well-established building services and maintenance contractor is looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their mobile maintenance team covering commercial sites across London and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining planned maintenance, reactive works and fault finding across a wide range of HVAC systems.

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive callouts, servicing and minor remedial works across commercial plant and equipment including:
  • Split, multi-split and VRV / VRF systems
  • Air handling units
  • Ventilation systems
  • Pumps and chilled water systems
  • Close control / standalone units
  • Controls and associated plant equipment
  • You’ll also complete service reports, maintain accurate records and take part in an out-of-hours call out rota.
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Strong HVAC maintenance / service background
    • Experience fault finding and repairing commercial systems
    • NVQ / City & Guilds in HVAC / Mechanical Services or similar
    • F-Gas desirable
    • Good customer-facing manner
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
