We are working with a growing M&E contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their delivery team. This is a hands-on project management role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors and site teams to ensure successful delivery.

The business delivers a range of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and building services projects across London and the South of England, so applicants must be happy travelling to sites as required. You will also be expected to work from the Southampton office on a regular basis.

The Role

  • Managing electrical projects from award through to handover
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
  • Managing programmes, budgets and project documentation
  • Attending client, design and progress meetings
  • Overseeing procurement and material schedules
  • Managing variations, commercial reporting and project performance
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services or M&E sector
  • Strong electrical background with the ability to manage projects independently
  • Experience delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment or building services projects
  • Good understanding of programme management, procurement and commercial control
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
