Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to join a leading M&E contractor with a £250m turnover?

The Role

As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will:

1. Oversee multiple fit-out projects valued between £7m – £15m, each running for 12-18 months.
2. Lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring seamless project execution.
3. Take full responsibility for project delivery, quality, and compliance.
4. Work closely with commercial teams to maintain budgets and cost control.
5. Ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
6. Drive efficiency, health & safety, and project performance across sites in Central London (Zones 1-2).

What We\’re Looking For

1. Proven experience managing multiple electrical fit-out projects within the commercial & retail sectors.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing Project Managers.
3. Expertise in electrical installations, procurement, and contract management.
4. Ability to manage fast-paced projects while ensuring quality and compliance.
5. Electrical qualification / HNC / Degree in Engineering.
