Avolon M&E are recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for two newly secured residential developments based in Barnet and Watford. Following completion of pre-start meetings, the business is now looking to strengthen the delivery team with experienced electrical professionals capable of running long-term residential projects through to completion.

Projects include:

  • Residential housing developments
  • Small apartment blocks
  • Electrical infrastructure and commercial services installations
  • Air source heat pump integration

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong electrical installation background and experience working within residential construction environments.
