Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor – Oxfordshire Site-based | Student Accommodation Project

Start: ASAP | Contract until December 2025

Day Rate: £290 - £320 | CIS or Ltd Company

Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong pipefitting or pipework background? We’re working with a leading Tier 1 contractor on a high-spec student accommodation project in Oxfordshire and are looking for a Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor to join the team immediately.

Role Overview:

  • Supervising mechanical installation teams on-site
  • Overseeing quality, safety, and compliance to project standards
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and site management
  • Reporting progress and resolving on-site mechanical issues
  • Ensuring work is completed on schedule and to spec

Requirements:

  • Strong background in pipefitting / pipework
  • Experience supervising mechanical works on large construction sites
  • SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
  • Ability to work site-based in Oxfordshire
