The Business Development Manager-New Markets (BDM-NM) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence, acquiring new customers, and diversifying the business portfolio. This role requires a results-driven, proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for hunting and closing new opportunities. The role requires a person with strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate market opportunities into long term, profitable customers. They must have experience in RTP.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven success identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in packaging or related field.
  • Exceptional prospecting and relationship-building skills with a “hunter” mentality.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate markets and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
