Install cables, mount antennas, configure RF equipment. Perform programming and testing of Motorola systems (Customer mandates in-house programming).

Preventive Maintenance: Dedicated engineer for PPMs across multiple sites. Annual inspections and corrective actions as required.

Documentation: Capture test results, asset tagging, and configuration details. Upload photos and reports to shared drives for PMO and Google. Work closely with PMO.

Technical Lead for technical guidance. Coordinate with subcontractors for physical installation tasks.

General Responsibilities: Assist with pre-sales support including system surveys, system design, specification, and documentation. Design, installation, and commissioning of all aspects of PMR, DMR, telemetry radio.
