Performance Profile:
- Carry out system installation and maintenance work, ensuring everything is done with the customer as the central focus.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other system problems.
- Provide on-site support for client desktop and hardware requests/incidents.
- Effectively deal with faults and tickets to ensure SLAs for faults are met and provide updates for customers.
- Contact our Projects and Support team when work has been completed, so that the job can be closed, invoiced if required and a customer feedback call arranged.
- Assist Sales with customer or technical knowledge to ensure projects are sold and deployed effectively with correct equipment.
- Liaising and consulting with appropriate Avoira staff as required.
- Co-operate with the staffing review PDR process, engaging in the setting of objectives to assist in the monitoring of your performance and development.
- Keep up to date with technical developments relating to the specialist knowledge and skill set of the role.
- Actively explore opportunities to technically understand and support the wider Avoira UC portfolio.
- Maintain standards of technical excellence within the teams.
- Any other duties which are commensurate with the role.

- Excellent communication skills with accuracy to detail.
