Performance Profile:
- Carry out system installation and maintenance work, ensuring all activities are delivered with the customer as the central focus.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Avaya IP500, 8x8, and Mitel MiVB platforms, alongside hands-on experience in CAT5e and CAT6 structured cabling installations and associated infrastructure works.
- Ability to work with and setup Draytek routers and Watchguard Firewalls.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Provide on-site support for client desktop and hardware requests/incidents.
- Effectively manage faults and service tickets, ensuring SLA targets are met and customers are kept informed with regular updates.
- Liaise with Projects and Support teams upon completion of work to ensure jobs are closed, invoiced where required, and customer feedback is arranged.
- Support Sales with technical input and customer insights to ensure solutions are correctly specified and successfully deployed.
- Liaise and collaborate with appropriate Avoira staff as required.
- Participate in the Performance Development Review (PDR) process, engaging in objective setting to support performance monitoring and personal development.
- Keep up to date with technical developments relevant to the specialist knowledge and skillset of the role.
