About Avoice Avoice is an AI-native workspace for architecture, engineering, and construction practices.
Our platform covers specification writing, QA/QC drawing review, submittal and RFI workflows, and practice management.
Practices across the the world use Avoice daily.
We're growing fast, revenue has quadrupled over the past three months alone.
We operate in a true blue ocean: AEC is one of the world's largest industries and one of the least digitised, and we're one of the only players building AI-native tools for this profession.
We're venture-backed by some of the best in the world: Y Combinator, Spot VC, Twenty Two Ventures, Accel Scout Fund, Alecla7, and executives from Stripe and Open AI.
About the Role This is not a normal job.
We're an early-stage startup, which means things shift constantly β the product evolves weekly, priorities change, and there's no playbook until you help write it.
What you get in exchange is real impact: you'll shape how every practice experiences Avoice, and your fingerprints will be on everything from onboarding to product decisions.
You'll be the person UK practices know by name.
You'll own onboarding and customer success end to end: getting new practices set up and trained, supporting existing users, and over time running product demonstrations for prospective clients.
You'll work directly with the founders every day, see how a fast-growing AI company is built from the inside, and grow as fast as the company does.
Responsibilities Onboard new practices: run setup and training sessions, ensure teams successfully adopt Avoice into their daily workflow Provide ongoing support to client practices via email, chat, and video calls Run product demonstrations for prospective clients, initially alongside the founder and independently as you progress Visit client practices across the UK for in-person onboarding, training, and relationship building Create tutorials, guides, and help content for architects and specification writers Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and engineering team Monitor account health and identify practices that need additional support or are ready to expand their usage Who we're looking for Here's the honest truth: a background in architecture is nice, but it's not what matters.
Some experience β in practice, in customer-facing work, in anything where you had to figure things out β is good to see.
But we care far more about: Grit β you push through when things are hard, ambiguous, or both Learning speed β you pick things up fast and teach yourself what you don't know Adaptability β you're energised, not rattled, when priorities shift under you Pace β you move fast, ship things, and don't wait to be told what to do Communication β excellent written and spoken English, and the confidence to present to senior professionals An architecture degree (Part 1, Part 2, or equivalent) or familiarity with specification writing is a bonus, not a requirement.
You must be based in the UK with the right to work (no sponsorship available for this role).
What we offer Remote-first working, with travel opportunities throughout the whole UK visiting client practices Rapid growth: your responsibilities and role will expand as fast as you can handle A founding-team seat in a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company
