Assistant Site Manager – Exeter Region (Based in Yeovil, BA21)

Leading 5* housing developer - prior experience with a developer is a requirement due to the quality of work performed.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting (and deputising for) the Site Manager, supervising employed and subcontract labour
- Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries to keep the build on programme and on quality
- Scheduling work to hit production targets without cutting corners
- Getting involved in pre-completion inspections with purchasers
- Being a reliable link between the build, sales, and customer care teams
What you'll bring:
- Experience on a new build residential construction site
- SMSTS and First Aid certified
- Solid grasp of site Health & Safety
- Confidence reading and interpreting designs and drawings
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine desire to succeed
