Job Description:
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Head of Surveyoring to join our clients team. This is a newly formed business which is set to grow and this is a strategic role which will suit someone looking to lead and grow a dedicated team with potential for equity
The successful candidate will be responsible for Surveying & Building repairs
Meeting customers and signing them up. - requiring excellent people skills
Accurate and timely surveys
Creating schedules of work
Pricing, cost and value
Procurement
Management of contractors
Aftercare and customer satisfaction
Interface
Work closely with Head of Claims, Operations Director and 3rd party contractors
Manage the client process and ensure a succesful completion of works
Appoint and manage 3rd party contractors
Ensure work is completed to insurer and clients satisfaction
