We are seeking the appointment of a residential Contracts Manager for September 2026 or earlier. The role will see you managing 3 existing developments and reporting to a Construction Manager. Sites are in Staffordshire, Northampton and Bedfordshire.
You will need a vehicle though mileage will be expensed as site visits will be expected with a day or two to work from home/the regional office.
