Salary: £15.35 per hour
Contract: Temporary 6 months (contact) Full-time, permanent (part time considered)

We are now recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson to assist with the general day to day maintenance of the properties within the Trust, this will include basic plumbing, joinery, general D.I.Y etc.
As our Maintenance Handyperson, you will be responsible for:
- General D.I.Y and repairs/installations at the properties (including broken glass and damaged woodwork repairs)
- Gardening Maintenance/Cutting grass, fence and gate repairs
- External cleaning and general maintenance (cleaning guttering etc)
- Moving items to and from various sites/services as required
- Completing all paperwork and risk assessments
- Any other duties within this post
Qualifications:
- You must have a valid driving license.
- Experience in a similar general handyperson role is essential.
