Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a highly reputable 5-star national house builder? My client is delivering a major timber frame development in Bridgend and is seeking a driven, organised and quality-focused Site Manager to join their team.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a fast-paced timber frame housing scheme. You will ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction—hallmarks of a 5★ builder.
- Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractor management
- Driving build quality, programme and compliance
- Managing health & safety in line with company and legislative standards
- Ensuring smooth delivery from groundworks through to handover
- Coordinating trades, materials, and logistics to meet programme timelines
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager and wider team
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
- Strong understanding of timber frame construction
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
