Freelance Site Manager – 1 Week Cover (Residential Development, Barnstaple) Location: Barnstaple, Devon Duration: 1 week (cover role) Start Date: Friday 10th October We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide one-week cover on a residential development project in Barnstaple. Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, maintain site records, and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures during the cover period.
