Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with an ambitious and well-established residential developer? What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing all commercial and cost-management aspects of multiple residential schemes
- Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and tender processes
- Providing accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners
- Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest quality standards
