Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with an ambitious and well-established residential developer? What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing all commercial and cost-management aspects of multiple residential schemes
  • Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and tender processes
  • Providing accurate forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners
  • Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest quality standards
