The Role
You’ll work alongside experienced Directors and Senior Quantity Surveyors across a varied portfolio of projects, gaining hands-on experience in both consultancy and developer-led schemes. No two projects are the same, offering excellent exposure and the chance to build a well-rounded skillset.
You’ll be involved in:
- Cost planning and estimating
- Procurement and tender management
- Contract administration
- Cost reporting and valuations
- Managing project budgets from inception through to completion
- Supporting both client-side consultancy commissions and developer-led projects
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Is keen to continue developing both technically and professionally
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional accreditation
