We are working in partnership with a highly regarded, bespoke house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a brand-new residential development in Malmesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven business with multiple future sites already secured in the local area, offering strong long-term prospects.
The Role:
- Full site management from start to completion
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Maintaining build quality in line with bespoke standards
- Coordinating materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Reporting progress against programme and budgets
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building
- Background working on high-quality or bespoke developments preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and health & safety regulations
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
