We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant with specific experience gained within residential property.
Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
- You will actively support Lawyers with their busy and varied caseloads covering primarily residential property work.
- You will obtain and review title documents, submit searches and report on search results, deal with Companies House registrations, Land Registry applications etc.
- You will draft legal documentation.
- You will liaise with clients and third parties via telephone, email and letters.
Paralegal Requirements:
- You will have at least 6 months experience working as a Legal Assistant.
- You will have specific residential property experience or even commercial property experience and looking to move into residential property.
- You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a busy and highly skilled team.
- You will have the ability to work to deadlines and able to prioritise your workload.
