Job Description: Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Head of Surveyoring to join our clients team. This is a newly formed business which is set to grow and this is a strategic role which will suit someone looking to lead and grow a dedicated team with potential for equity The successful candidate will be responsible for Surveying & Building repairs ● Meeting customers and signing them up. – requiring excellent people skills ● Accurate and timely surveys ● Creating schedules of work ● Pricing, cost and value ● Procurement ● Management of contractors ● Aftercare and customer satisfaction Interface * Work closely with Head of Claims, Operations Director and 3rd party contractors * Manage the client process and ensure a succesful completion of works * Appoint and manage 3rd party contractors * Ensure work is completed to insurer and clients satisfaction The company is non-corporate and will suit and ambitious and agile person who wants to own the process and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
