We are working in partnership with a prestigious, high-end house builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for an exciting new development in Banbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-driven developer delivering a 20–30 unit timber frame residential scheme built to Passivhaus standards. While Passivhaus experience is not essential, a strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery is key.
The Role:
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
- Managing sub-contractors and trades on site
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification
- Assisting with quality control and inspections
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Supporting programme management and reporting
About You:
- Experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential development
- Background working on traditional build or timber frame housing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid (preferred)
- Quality-focused with a proactive approach
