We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality residential development in Paignton, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable construction company on a temporary basis, assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy residential site. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times * Supervise subcontractors and trades, maintaining high standards of workmanship * Monitor progress against programme and report any delays * Help coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and materials management * Maintain clear and accurate site records and reports Requirements: * Previous experience in residential construction, ideally as an Assistant Site Manager or similar * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to work proactively and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site * Local knowledge of the Paignton/Torbay area is advantageous About the Project: Youβll be part of a team delivering a high-spec housing development in a popular coastal town.
