About the Role This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury team, providing comprehensive paralegal support to experienced fee earners. The role involves direct client interaction and file management responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced paralegal seeking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers flexibility with both full-time (36.25 hours per week) and part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate. PI & Dispute Resolution Paralegal Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive paralegal support to the Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury team fee earners * Manage client files from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail * Conduct first contact calls and maintain regular client communication throughout cases * Handle client-facing responsibilities including effective communication with clients and opposing parties * Assist attorneys with case management, drafting discovery, and preparing for depositions * Review and evaluate medical records and reports for personal injury cases * Collect and organise evidence for trial preparation with flexibility and attention to detail * Maintain compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements * Provide excellent client care at all times in accordance with firm standards * Undertake additional duties as required to support the team and department objectives PI & Dispute Resolution Paralegal Requirements * Previous legal experience essential, preferably within dispute resolution or personal injury * Strong case management and organisational skills with proven ability to manage complex caseloads * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing responsibilities * Compassionate and understanding approach when dealing with personal injury victims * Proficiency in legal research and document preparation * Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure * DBS check required for this position Benefits * £24k – £27k DOE * Minimum 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) plus birthday off * Company pension scheme * Internal and recruitment referral schemes * Regular social events * Training and development support to enhance existing experience * Plus so much more!
