This position offers flexibility with both full-time (36.25 hours per week) and part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate.\\nPI & Dispute Resolution Paralegal Responsibilities\\n * Provide comprehensive paralegal support to the Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury team fee earners\\n * Manage client files from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail\\n * Conduct first contact calls and maintain regular client communication throughout cases\\n * Handle client-facing responsibilities including effective communication with clients and opposing parties\\n * Assist attorneys with case management, drafting discovery, and preparing for depositions\\n * Review and evaluate medical records and reports for personal injury cases\\n * Collect and organise evidence for trial preparation with flexibility and attention to detail\\n * Maintain compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements\\n * Provide excellent client care at all times in accordance with firm standards\\n * Undertake additional duties as required to support the team and department objectives\\nPI & Dispute Resolution Paralegal Requirements\\n * Previous legal experience essential, preferably within dispute resolution or personal injury\\n * Strong case management and organisational skills with proven ability to manage complex caseloads\\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing responsibilities\\n * Compassionate and understanding approach when dealing with personal injury victims\\n * Proficiency in legal research and document preparation\\n * Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes\\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team\\n * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure\\n * DBS check required for this position\\nBenefits\\n * £24k – £27k DOE\\n * Minimum 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) plus birthday off\\n * Company pension scheme\\n * Internal and recruitment referral schemes\\n * Regular social events\\n * Training and development support to enhance existing experience\\n * Plus so much more!\\nThe Ideal Candidate\\nThe ideal candidate will be an experienced paralegal with a strong background in legal support services, particularly within dispute resolution or personal injury.
