About the Role

As Paralegal within the thriving Property Development team, you\’ll provide crucial support on diverse residential and commercial development projects nationwide. This dynamic position offers hands-on experience in a vibrant legal specialty, with opportunities to develop practical skills while working alongside experienced solicitors on significant matters.

Property Development Paralegal Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with preparation of complex legal documentation including contracts and title reports
• Conduct thorough due diligence processes, performing searches and document reviews
• Create professional correspondence and maintain effective communication with clients and external parties
• Manage supervised caseload of straightforward transactions independently
• Ensure project timelines are maintained, and clients receive regular updates throughout matters

Property Development Paralegal Requirements

• Prior paralegal experience advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated interest in property and development law
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Self-motivated attitude with eagerness to expand knowledge
