About the Role: The successful candidate will become an essential part of the Private Client team at the firm’s Exeter office. This position offers a blend of administrative expertise, client interaction, and professional development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Private Client department fee earners
- Maintain exceptional standards of client care in accordance with established firm procedures
- Manage client files with meticulous attention to detail
- Engage directly with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and efficiency
- Contribute to departmental success through additional responsibilities as required
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a comparable legal secretarial role (essential)
- Demonstrated confidence in secretarial capabilities
- Previous Private Client administrative support experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Typing proficiency of 60 WPM or higher
- Strong IT competency and proven administrative background
- Excellent administrative skills with strong verbal and written communication
