Their teams are recognised for their professionalism and dedication to supporting clients through all types of legal matters. Role Overview As an HR Advisor, you’ll be an integral part of the team, delivering operational HR support across the business. In this office-based position, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth application of HR policies and providing first-line support to managers and employees alike. HR Advisor Responsibilities Provide efficient support for employees, ensuring consistent application of HR policies. Offer first-line HR advice and guidance on matters across the employee lifecycle. Oversee employee data, tracking changes and updates using the HR system. Collaborate with Learning and Development to address training needs and development opportunities. Continually review and enhance HR processes, supporting functional improvement. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including conducting necessary risk assessments. HR Advisor Requirements Proven experience within an HR team, with an understanding of HR legislation. Experience providing advice on HR matters and employee relations. A positive, proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong IT skills and familiarity with HR platforms. A valid driver’s licence for office visits across the region.
