Legal Administrator Responsibilities

  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Conveyancing team
  • Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, delivering excellent customer service to new and repeat clients
  • Managing initial matter set up procedures including production of confirmation of instruction letters
  • Ensuring all appropriate quality service and compliance standards are met for all matters
  • Collating and completing due diligence to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations where required
  • Managing routine client telephone enquiries and obtaining all required information for file opening requirements
  • Drafting relevant conveyancing documents and correspondence
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks to enable smooth transaction progression

Legal Administrator Requirements

  • Prior experience working within an administrative function (experience of property transactions would be ideal but is not essential)
