We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of a market‑leading product portfolio within our CPC business. You’ll have the chance to truly own and grow your own computing product portfolio while working within a close‑knit team of four that values support, collaboration and shared learning. You’ll be guided by a highly experienced hiring manager with more than 30 years of CPC knowledge, giving you strong mentorship and insight into the business. In this role, you’ll gain broad exposure to suppliers, commercial strategy, pricing, marketing and full product lifecycle management, with opportunities to branch into product development and Far East sourcing. It’s a position where your ideas won’t just be heard — they can quickly turn into real impact on sales and margin.
What will you be doing?
- Taking full sales and margin responsibility for a defined computing product portfolio.
- Identifying new product opportunities and category growth initiatives.
- Supporting marketing activity such as Google PPC, product selections, content and pricing.
- Helping to drive the success of our e‑commerce channel through accurate, compelling product data.
- Managing the full product lifecycle:
- Cost price negotiation.
- Setting and maintaining sell prices.
- Product introductions.
- Managing end‑of‑life and SLOB stock.
- Building strong supplier relationships and identifying new supplier opportunities.
- Securing maximum value through negotiating T&Cs, rebates, discounts, marketing support and supply chain efficiencies.
- Providing sales support and third‑level technical expertise where needed.
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research.
- Identifying and developing private‑label product opportunities, including Far East sourcing.
