We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused ERP Support Analyst to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ERP systems. You’ll act as the first point of contact for users, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, performing system checks, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow their expertise across ERP and wider supply chain technologies.
