Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Gestaltung der Weiterentwicklung des Datenschutzmanagements von Avnet in der EMEA-Region.
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen.
  • Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zur Unterstützung der Umsetzung von Datenschutzstandards, Governance-Strukturen und Prozessen über mehrere Länder und Unternehmensbereiche hinweg.
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und Steuerung von:
    • Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen (DPIAs)
    • Data Protection Assessments (DPAs)
    • Transfer Risk Assessments (TRAs)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Verzeichnisses von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten (RoPAs) in OneTrust.
  • Verhandlung von Auftragsverarbeitungsverträgen (AVV) sowie Vereinbarungen zur gemeinsamen Verantwortlichkeit.
  • Unterstützung des Business bei der Bearbeitung von Betroffenenanfragen (Data Subject Rights Requests – DSRs).
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewertung, Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Datenschutzverletzungen (Personal Data Breaches).
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des EMEA-weiten Datenschutzmanagementsystems.
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei datenschutzrechtlichen Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Legal, Datenschutzkoordinatoren, IT, Compliance sowie weiteren internen Stakeholdern.
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Datenschutzschulungen und anderen Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen.
  • Unterstützung von KI-bezogenen Projekten und Initiativen aus datenschutzrechtlicher Sicht.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • 2–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz, idealerweise in einem internationalen oder konzernweiten Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der DSGVO sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Datenschutzprozessen.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzungen, Data Protection Assessments, Transfer Risk Assessments, Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten, Betroffenenanfragen und Datenschutzvorfällen.
  • Juristische Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen in pragmatische und geschäftsorientierte Lösungen zu übersetzen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich.
  • Erfahrung mit Datenschutzmanagement-Tools (z. B. OneTrust) ist von Vorteil.
