We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to support continuous improvement across our UK1 Distribution Centre. In this role you will analyse, measure and evaluate existing business processes, using data and insight to develop sustainable, repeatable and measurable improvements. Working closely with cross‑functional teams you will help improve safety, productivity, quality and decision‑making by applying structured process improvement methodologies and translating analysis into actionable change.

Responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Plan, lead and support process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Map, document and assess current‑state and future‑state processes
- Organise, lead and facilitate cross‑functional improvement projects
- Develop metrics and dashboards to measure process performance and identify trends
- Collect and analyse operational, quality and financial data to identify root causes of issues
- Measure performance against process requirements and align improvements to gaps and shortfalls
- Provide guidance on re‑engineering techniques to improve efficiency, quality and consistency
- Deliver presentations, training sessions or workshops related to process measurement and improvement
- Research best practices and share insights to support continuous improvement
- Communicate progress, findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Perform cost and benefit analyses to support data‑led decisions
- Recommend new or revised business practices that enhance safety, productivity, cost control and decision‑making
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Typically 3+ years’ experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, operations or a related field
- Strong understanding of process analysis, performance measurement and improvement techniques
- Experience working with data to inform recommendations and support change
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions and levels
- Clear, inclusive communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Lean, Six Sigma or similar certification is desirable, or a willingness to maintain certification
- Flexibility to travel where the role requires
