We’re excited to introduce a brand‑new Customer Development Representative role within our Leeds‑based team. This hybrid position (working 3 days in the office each week) combines inside sales, customer service, and technical understanding to support both new and existing customers. You’ll reach out through a variety of channels — phone, email, and digital platforms — to understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and help drive Farnell’s continued growth. You’ll build trusted relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and support your customers with a value‑led approach that contributes directly to our commercial success.
